<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance on PT. Inti Medika Sarana Bandung. The sample in this study is the employees who are in the PTt. Inti Medika Sarana Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method by conducting multiple linear regression analysis test. This research is done by quantitative method. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16 for windows Style. Leadership and Motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees. Leadership style partially significant effect on employee performance, Motivation partially also have a significant effect on employee performance. <p><em>The aim of this research is to increase the level of work discipline, the level of work productivity, and to determine the factors inhibiting work discipline in increasing work productivity. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by obtaining data from interviews with 4 people as officials and 6 people as employees, direct observation and documentation in the field. The results of this research can be concluded that work discipline at CV. Royindo Pratama Mandiri has not been fully implemented well and must be improved again. Work productivity is quite good which can be seen from the quantity of work, quality of work and punctuality of employees. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of leadership assertiveness and the lack of an Operational Procedure System (SOP) which influences work discipline in increasing work productivity. Suggestions in the form of contributions to the company include imposing strict sanctions on employees who violate work discipline and enforcing a System of Operational Procedures (SOP) as well as carrying out direct supervision or inspections in the field by superiors to supervise the work activities of employees.</em></p>Pramaesella AnnisaMarina PuspitaRanggi RadiyantiYenni YunianingsihMarwan Effendi

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the implementation of incentives and employee performance at PT. Eksonindo Multi Produk Industri and to find out how much influence incentives have on employee performance simultaneously.The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires as many as </em><em>7</em><em>1 respondents. The test used to test the instrument was the correlation coefficient test and the coefficient of determination test.The results showed that the implementation of incentives at PT. <p><em>This research explores the analysis of the procurement of sewing machine spare parts on employee work productivity at PT Eksonindo Multi Product Industry. The data collection process in this thesis was carried out over a period of approximately 7 months which was explained descriptively by conducting interviews with sources regarding machine spare parts and work productivity in this company. In this thesis, the data collection technique uses a qualitative method which is explained and explained in detail what influence spare parts have on sewing machines, as well as what influence the procurement of spare parts has on the sustainability of the company's production targets in maintaining employee productivity and performance. The research results show that sewing machine spare parts when problems occur due to unavailability of stock do not have a significant impact on work productivity and do not cause production targets to decrease significantly. This is because employees at PT Eksonindo Multy Product Industry are always able to maintain productivity at work and because of this the production target will still be achieved even though the difference in target results lies only when the machine can be operated smoothly and when the machine has problems because spare parts are not available in stock. </em></p>Yulia Nur AzizahWendy Muliadi MuliadiNina Kania KaniaHari Satia NugrahaRizka Andhika Putra

<p><em>The aim of this research is to determine the effect of sales volume on profits at the company PT Prana Nayaka Tirta Dago Bandung Branch for the period January 2018 - December 2019. Profit is an important part for every company because the amount of profit earned can influence the company's financial condition. Sales are also an important thing for companies that affect profits, if sales increase then profits increase. But it is different from what happened at PT Prana Nayaka Tirta Dago Bandung Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method which is carried out by collecting data with the help of the SPSS application. The data used comes from the company's financial reports for 24 months/period.
