The research method used is a quantitative method with both descriptive and verificative approaches. The data utilized are secondary data. The sampling method employed is purposive sampling, applying specific criteria according to the research needs, resulting in a sample of 5 companies. Data analysis is conducted using panel data regression, coefficient of determination, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing both partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test) using Eviews 12 software. The dependent variable in this study is profit growth, then the independent variables in this study are profitability ratio proxied by Net Profit Margin and activity ratio proxied by Total Asset Turnover. The result of this study indicate that the profitability ratio partially have a significant influence on profit growth and the activity ratio partially have a significant influence on profit growth. The population used is Yogya Bandung department store consumers from 3 shops that are frequently visited by consumers, namely Yogya Sunda, Griya Pasteur and Griya Antapani. This research uses a research method, namely a quantitative method and uses sampling techniques probability sampling. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire and the sample used in this research was 99 respondents. Then the data obtained was analyzed using regression analysis. Dharma Mulia Makmur https://ejournal.universitasmandiri.ac.id/index.php/maconomics/article/view/170 <p><em>Problems in a company include low employee responsibility who are often late, lack of leadership assertiveness, high absenteeism, use of poor work uniforms, and no Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This study aims to find out how to improve the level of work discipline and productivity, and to find out the factors inhibiting work discipline. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study from three participants showed that work discipline at CV. Dharma Mulia Makmur has not been implemented properly. Based on six indicators of work discipline, namely punctuality in arriving and going home, compliance with regulations, use of uniforms, responsibility in carrying out tasks, and completion of tasks, many have not been met. Work productivity is quite good according to the three indicators of quantity, quality, and punctuality. Factors inhibiting work discipline include lack of leadership assertiveness and minimal SOP.
