LEARNING MOTIVATION OF FIRST HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING
Abstract
This research aims to find out the learning motivation of students who receive
the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model. The population in this study
were all class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Subang with a sample of class VII B as the
experimental class and class VII D as the control class. Based on the results of data
processing, 71% of students gave very high, high and moderate learning motivation
towards mathematics learning using the CTL learning model. Thus, the Contextual
Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model can be used as an alternative in
mathematics learning to improve mathematical reasoning abilities. student.
