The aim of this research is to increase the level of work discipline, the level of work productivity, and to determine the factors inhibiting work discipline in increasing work productivity. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by obtaining data from interviews with 4 people as officials and 6 people as employees, direct observation and documentation in the field. The results of this research can be concluded that work discipline at CV. Royindo Pratama Mandiri has not been fully implemented well and must be improved again. Work productivity is quite good which can be seen from the quantity of work, quality of work and punctuality of employees. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of leadership assertiveness and the lack of an Operational Procedure System (SOP) which influences work discipline in increasing work productivity. Suggestions in the form of contributions to the company include imposing strict sanctions on employees who violate work discipline and enforcing a System of Operational Procedures (SOP) as well as carrying out direct supervision or inspections in the field by superiors to supervise the work activities of employees.
